Job Description

Our client, in Watertown SD, a leading manufacturing organization , is seeking Assemblers to join their team. As an Assembler , you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Assembly Line Teams . The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail , the ability to multitask , and a commitment to accuracy and quality , which will align successfully in the organization.

19.00/hr What's the Job? Stock and organize parts according to bills of material to prepare the assembly area Install components such as windows, mirrors, wiring, panels, and lights using hand and pneumatic tools Fasten assembled parts using bolts, screws, rivets, and other required fasteners Inspect assembled cabs for paint quality, electrical function, leak prevention, and correct part installation Correct any deficiencies and move completed units to the end of the assembly line Inspect finished products to ensure conformance to quality and safety standards What's Needed? Ability to read and follow verbal instructions, written directions, and assembly drawings Basic math skills and the ability to work in standardized processes Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs Capability to access all areas of the plant and perform moderate to heavy physical work Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred What's in it for me?

Shift:
Mon-Thurs, 5am-3pm 2nd
Shift:
Mon-Thurs, 3pm-1am (+3 dollars/hr differential)
Weekend Shift:
