Solderer Assembler Job Description Contribute to efficient and high-quality production by assembling and soldering lighting and wiring components according to SOPs and layout drawings. Collaborate closely with the production team and maintain precision and safety standards. Responsibilities Use extreme precision to prepare surfaces, apply flux, and heat to fuse pieces together. Prepare and assemble linear strip lights. Assemble wire leads and harnesses per layout drawings. Collaborate with the Production Floor Manager to assemble product orders using hand tools, saws, and drills. Review production order documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to complete builds accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, including production areas and tool storage. Follow housekeeping best practices to ensure a safe and efficient workspace. Participate in special assignments or projects as needed. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures. Help train co-workers on assigned tasks and contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Costa Mesa, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
