40.0 Overview A leading machining and manufacturing company in Chattanooga is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Technicians for a temporary assignment lasting approximately 3 to 6 months . This is a full-time opportunity offering 40 hours per week in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be local to the area. The Assembly Technician will be responsible for performing repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining high quality standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, quality-focused, and able to follow written and verbal instructions with precision. Responsibilities Perform assembly and production tasks according to established procedures Use hand tools and basic equipment to assemble components Maintain quality standards and inspect work for accuracy Follow written work instructions and production documentation Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Maintain a clean and safe work environment Meet production goals while ensuring attention to detail Requirements Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn assembly processes Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or mechanical experience preferred Dependable attendance and strong work ethic System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
