Operate powered screwdrivers, assembly fixtures, jigs, and automated screw-driving equipment. Perform soldering operations on wires, cable assemblies, and electronic components according to established workmanship standards. Follow ESD control procedures to protect sensitive electronic assemblies. Conduct visual inspections to verify product quality, workmanship, and compliance with specifications. Identify and report defects, equipment issues, material shortages, and quality concerns. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Assist with incoming product inspections as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with other production activities as assigned.
