Your responsibilities
- High-volume assembly: execute repetitive, high-speed assembly line tasks to meet demanding daily production quotas and throughput goals
- Machine tending: operate and tend to semi-automatic assembly machinery, loading components and monitoring cycle progress
- Material flow: ensure the workstation is constantly stocked with necessary components and stage finished product for the next process step (e.g., packaging)
- Process adherence: strictly follow all standard operating procedures (sops) and assembly steps to maintain uniform product quality across large volumes
- Defect reporting: quickly identify and report any recurring component defects or machine faults that could slow down the assembly line.
