is immediately hiring Mechanical Assemblers / Power Tool Assembler s for a large fabrication company in La Vergne, TN.This is NOT a traditional assembly line position. We are looking for candidates with hands-on mechanical assembly experience who are comfortable reading blueprints and using power tools, impact guns, air/pneumatic tools, and other hand tools to assemble fabricated metal components.Pay:
$17.50-$18.50/hour 1stShift:
6:00 AM-2:30 PM Overtime opportunities may be available based on production needs.SURESTAFF

Assemble fabricated metal components according to blueprints and work instructions. Read and interpret blueprints to determine proper assembly requirements. Use power tools, impact guns, air/pneumatic tools, and various hand tools throughout the assembly process. Measure, align, position, and secure components according to specifications. Inspect parts and completed assemblies for accuracy and quality. Verify that components meet required measurements and specifications. Follow production instructions and established work procedures. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications of theMechanical Assembler:
Previous experience using power tools, impact guns, air/pneumatic tools, or similar equipment required. Blueprint reading experience required. Previous mechanical assembly, fabrication, manufacturing, construction, automotive, or similar hands-on experience preferred. Mechanically inclined and comfortable assembling metal components. Ability to accurately follow measurements and specifications. Basic math and measuring skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions.
