At Indmar Marine Engines, we are dedicated to designing, manufacturing and selling high quality inboard marine engines that deliver a mix of unrivaled performance, meticulous craftsmanship and ground breaking innovations. Indmar Marine Engines is looking for a punctual, dependable, quality-focused team player to join our Production Department. Assemblers are responsible for assembling various parts and components onto gasoline-powered marine engines within a particular time-frame using hand tools or air tools on conveyor operation or sub-assembly area. On-the-job training is provided to help you succeed in this role. This full-time Assembler position offers a starting rate of $17.00/hr with a great daytime schedule, work hours are 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Thursday. Benefits include health insurance, paid holidays, paid time off and a retirement savings plan with a company match. Eligible for a $40.00 weekly attendance bonus. Candidate must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license .Requirements:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Assembles marine engine parts and installs them on engine using hand tools or air tools on conveyor operation or sub-assembly area Determines appropriate parts for various models being run Responsible for performing quality work in a timely manner Communicates problems to Production Manager and/or Production Lead Maintains clean work area Other duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Knowledge of hand tools and air tools Basic mechanical ability required Must be able to work at a fast pace with high attention to detailEDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
High school graduate or GED Previous assembly work experience desiredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
