Polishing Full Job Description Summary :
This position is responsible for handling various hand tools to complete assembly of gun parts and accessories involving simple assembly to more complex assembly such as finishing raw steel parts, sanding, buffing, bead blasting and polishing. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and orderly work area. Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process. Work with a team to assemble entire products or components and rotate through tasks for specific production processes. Prepare finished products to be sent to anodizing or packaging. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:
1-2 years experience in a medium to high volume assembly environment preferred.
Functional Competencies:
Attention to detail, Verbal & Written Communication Skills, Collaboration, Cooperation, Teamwork, Read and follow instructions, Precision Measuring Instruments, Basic Math - Adding, Subtracting, Multiplying and Dividing.
