LEHR is seeking Preppers/Sub Assemblers to join our Nashville Team. The ideal candidate works great on a team, has superior communication, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Preppers work closely with technicians to support production flow. ________________________________________
Responsibilities:
Complete prep tasks assigned by Prep Lead Assist with staging and organizing products Organize tools and prep area Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace Support high priority on production critical prep work Support rework or corrections identified during QC Gather product and materials for upcoming vehicles Communicate issues and missing components with Prep Lead ________________________________________
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Experience with vehicle parts and accessories
  • a plus Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Attention to details and craftsmanship Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment ________________________________________
Benefits:

Schedule:
Monday to Thursday 6:00 AM
