Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Assembly Line Worker to support the production and distribution of safety fence and panel post components. This role involves assembling products using power tools, interpreting blueprints, and performing picking and packing duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and physically capable of handling repetitive lifting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble safety fence panels, posts, and related components using hand and power tools Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly Perform picking and packing of finished goods and materials for shipment Inspect components and finished products to meet quality standards Assist with material handling, staging, and inventory movement within the facility Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements Meet daily production and shipping deadlines
Physical Requirements:
Frequently lift and move materials up to 50 lbs Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Previous assembly line or warehouse/logistics experience preferred Experience using power tools (drills, impact drivers, pneumatic tools, etc.) Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Work Environment:
Manufacturing/warehouse setting with exposure to machinery and moderate noise May involve indoor and outdoor work depending on production and logistics needs PPE such as gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots may be required Applicant Tracking Software by
