What You'll Be Doing
TERREPOWER
is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as Repair Specialist. If you are a dedicated individual interested in joining a growing company in the automotive parts industry, we want you on our team! As a Repair Specialist, you will perform the production duties below: Review each product to determine the required repairs Ensure you have the proper tools and materials required to repair the product to an insurance quality standard For each repair, you may be required to cut, trim, file, bend, or smooth parts to ensure proper standards are met Ensure quality control standards are met Adhering to assembly safety standards Work with team members to identify and develop improved methods of repair Comply with all safety standards and requirements to assure a safe and hazard-free warehouse environment with focus on injury prevention Skills and Experience High school diploma or equivalent practical experience Hands on repair experience is a plus Hand on experience in these fields- Construction, Drywall, Painting, and Landscaping or a role where you had to pay close attention to quality and detail Strong focus on quality
- deeply care about the product and your work High degree of professional credibility, including responsiveness, team focus, and interest and ability to perform work in a safe environment Physical Requirements Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours.
