Perks of the Job Temperature Controlled Environment Career Advancement Employee Appreciation Events/Birthday Celebrations Onsite Fitness Center/Disc Golf Course/Walking Trail Health/Dental/Vision Insurance Se habla Espanol Requirements of the Assembly Technician Good hand coordination and finger dexterity; must pass dexterity test for Assembly position Ability to walk 6-7 miles per shift Ability to stand for most of the day and do repetitive tasks Able to bend, twist, lift (up to 32 lbs), push, pull, and squat Strong attention to detail when checking parts Able to work full shifts, 5-7 days a week Responsibilities of the Assembly Technician Use tools and machines to build and inspect parts Simple troubleshooting Clean work areas by sweeping, mopping, and wiping down equipment Read and follow simple instructions using charts, graphs, and labels Move between different workstations (loops) as needed High school diploma or GED preferred Job Location JTEKT
