This role is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and experience in semiconductor, electronics, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing settings. 🔧 What You'll Do Operate a wide range of cleanroom‑approved assembly tools Perform minor equipment setups and adjustments Review production data and flag any non‑conformance issues Conduct tests and quality checks on assembled units Interpret and follow engineering drawings and work instructions Identify and communicate potential improvements Work under direct supervision while contributing to a fast‑paced team environment 💡 What You Bring 2+ years of recent mechanical assembly experience Semiconductor industry experience strongly preferred Proficiency with a variety of hand & power tools Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity Clear communication skills with the ability to explain prior experience Vocational or technical training is a plus 💵

Compensation & Schedule Base Pay:

Training Schedule:

3-6 weeks | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Mon-Fri , then transition to 2nd shift. ⚠️ No 1st‑shift openings at this time.
