We design, cut, build, finish and install everything ourselves. We're a small shop of about 14 people, so your work shows up in every kitchen we deliver. THE JOB Our CNC cuts the parts. You put them together. You'll build cabinet boxes from the parts that come off the machine and install the hardware that makes them work. • Build cabinet boxes from CNC-cut parts: glue, square, clamp and fasten
  • Check every box for square before it moves on. A box out of square causes problems all the way to the job site.
  • Install soft-close undermount drawer slides, hinges and mounting plates
  • Read a build sheet and match parts to the right job
  • Keep finished boxes labeled and staged by job
  • Keep your bench and the shop clean, and tools where they belong
  • Help other departments when assembly is caught up
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • No cabinet experience required
  • we will train you. If you've done assembly, warehouse, construction or worked with your hands, you can learn this.

  • Careful and consistent. The same box, built right, over and over.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and handle full cabinet boxes
  • Reliable and on time at 7:00 AM
  • Able to read and speak English well enough to follow build sheets and safety instructions
NICE TO HAVE
  • Cabinet shop, millwork or furniture assembly experience
  • Experience installing cabinet hardware
  • Cordless drills, pneumatic nailers, clamps

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • $18•$22 per hour, based on experience, paid weekly•Overtime after 40 hours
BENEFITS
  • Health, dental and vision insurance options after 90 days
  • Paid time off
  • Paid holidays
  • Steady, full-time work, no nights or weekends
  • Room to move up.
