PM What You'll Do:

Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies with precision and care Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and engineering drawings Use hand tools and power tools to build and secure parts Work with a variety of materials, from small intricate components to larger assemblies Inspect your work to ensure quality standards are met and identify any defects Maintain accurate records and production logs Safely handle sensitive electronic components (ESD) Support the team with additional tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent 0-1 year of experience (training provided—great entry-level opportunity!) Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn Comfortable using tools such as wrenches, ratchets, and power tools Basic computer skills (email, digital work instructions) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand or sit for extended periods in a manufacturing environment Regularly lift up to 20 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs (with assistance if needed) Use hands for detailed assembly work and operate tools Visual ability for close-up work, depth perception, and color recognition Why Join Us?
