Temp-to-Hire | Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Overtime required as needed Pronto Staffing is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician for a busy manufacturing team. Job Summary Pronto Staffing is hiring a full-time Assembly Technician in the Denton area. In this role, you will assemble parts and equipment using hand and power tools. We are looking for a detail-oriented team member with strong mechanical skills who can read instructions and build quality products safely. Responsibilities Assemble parts and materials into finished products using work instructions and technical drawings Use hand tools and power tools like screwdrivers, drills, ratchets, and pallet jacks Inspect completed products to make sure they meet quality standards Report any product or material issues to team leaders Keep accurate work orders and daily production records Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical drawings Forklift experience is a plus Must speak, read, and write in English Background check and drug screening may be required Work Environment 100% indoor manufacturing environment Exposure to normal shop materials, adhesives, and adhesives solutions Moderate noise and vibration levels in the shop area Required safety gear must be worn at all times Benefits 401(k) retirement plan Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 12 paid holidays Paid time off (PTO) and paid birthday off Apply Today Apply now with Pronto Staffing for immediate consideration.
