Primary job responsibilities include:

Assemble parts using hand tools, handheld pneumatic tools, adhesives, and sealants Discern quality of parts and materials used in production Inventory parts and tools used in the assembly process Follow company procedures and directives Test finished products for defects Maintain the tools used to assemble products Adhere to all standards of quality and safety Key skills include: Organizational and process skills Effective communication skills A desire to learn new technologies and motivation to go above and beyond minimum requirements. Physical fitness to lift and assemble products Excellent hand-eye coordination Ability to use hand tools High School education or equivalent

Physical Demands:

Almost continual sitting Occasional kneeling, bending Considerable manual dexterity with hands Considerable amount of lifting and moving parts

Working Conditions:

Almost continual work in a non-climate-controlled production environment, with seasonal temperature extremes hot or cold. Considerable exposure to noise levels conducive to a manufacturing department or heavy equipment. Occasional to frequent overtime.
