Primary job responsibilities include:

Lead, coach and train Assemblers in the assembly of product components using hand tools, handheld pneumatic tools, adhesives, and sealants Discern quality of parts and materials used in production Inventory parts and tools used in the assembly process Follow company procedures and directives, including quality and safety standards Monitor Assemblers quality and quantity of work, and ensure adherence to work instructions Ensure Assemblers have the tools and consumables needed to assemble products Key skills include: Experience driving performance as a team lead Organizational and process skills Effective communication skills A desire to learn new technologies and motivation to go above and beyond minimum requirements.
