This role is a good fit for someone who is mechanically inclined, comfortable working with tools, and able to follow detailed instructions while maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety. What You'll Do Assemble components, kits, and finished products using a variety of hand tools, equipment, and fixtures Follow work instructions, diagrams, drawings, schematics, and other production documentation Inspect parts and completed work for quality and report or separate items that do not meet specifications Prepare and package completed products according to established requirements Work closely with other team members to complete daily production goals Assist with moving materials and inventory using approved equipment as needed Keep workstations organized and maintain a clean manufacturing environment Follow all required safety, quality, and environmental procedures Troubleshoot basic assembly issues and make adjustments within established procedures What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools Strong attention to detail Good hand-eye coordination Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions Ability to distinguish colors and accurately judge distance and position while performing detailed work Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable performing repetitive work and sitting or standing for extended periods Previous manufacturing, mechanical, assembly, warehouse, or production experience is helpful, but candidates with strong mechanical ability and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. #DFWA #ZRFW
