Smith Personnel is hiring Assemblers for a manufacturing opportunity with an auto parts Corporation in Grand Prairie, TX 75051
Pay:
$15.00 per hour We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse operations, or mechanical assembly. Job Responsibilities Assemble engine components and machinery parts according to established procedures. Operate production equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Inspect finished products for defects and report quality or equipment issues. Follow manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and safety standards. Lift, move, and transfer heavy materials manually or with equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Complete production records and monitor material/stock levels. Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers. Meet production priorities while maintaining quality and safety standards. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 1+ year of experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, or a similar role. Entry Level OK Spanish speaking OK Basic mechanical assembly knowledge. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Basic computer skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to lift and move heavy loads. Ability to work safely in a production environment. Preferred Experience Engine or mechanical assembly experience. Experience working with internal combustion engine components. Experience operating production or manufacturing equipment.
