Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking skilled Assemblers to support the fabrication and assembly of industrial generator enclosures and related equipment. This role involves hands-on mechanical assembly, fit-up, and integration of components to produce high-quality, turnkey packages in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Assemblers work closely with welders, electricians, project managers, and quality control to ensure each unit is built safely, accurately, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Assemble generator enclosures, skids, and structural components per drawings and work instructions Install mechanical components including doors, louvers, hardware, panels, brackets, and accessories Assist with generator set positioning, alignment, and mounting Install insulation, sound attenuation materials, and interior finishes Perform fit-up work and make adjustments as required for proper alignment and clearances Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and efficiently Read and interpret assembly drawings, layouts, and basic schematics Support final packaging, staging, and preparation for shipment Maintain a clean and safe work area Work collaboratively with QC to address punch-list items and rework as needed Preferred Qualifications Experience in industrial assembly, fabrication, or manufacturing environments Generator, enclosure, skid, or heavy equipment assembly experience strongly preferred Ability to read shop drawings and follow build instructions Comfortable working with large equipment and tight tolerances Forklift or overhead crane experience a plus Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work on feet for extended periods Comfortable working indoors and outdoors as required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Stable workload with long-term projects Growing company with advancement opportunities Team-oriented shop environment focused on quality and safety
