Required (1-2 hours daily); Saturday availability is mandatory Job Summary We are seeking experienced Fabricators to join our manufacturing team. Candidates will work within the Fabrication Department performing pipe cutting, grooving, threading, bundling, and fitting-related tasks. Candidates should have prior manufacturing or fabrication experience and be comfortable using a tape measure and industrial cutting equipment. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that requires attention to detail, reliability, and flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed. Responsibilities Cut pipe to required lengths using rotary chop saws, band saws, and other cutting equipment. Groove and bundle pipe according to production requirements. Work on the threadline to cut and thread pipe. Make hangers and work with threaded fittings. Operate grooving machines, threaders, and fitting machines. Cut threaded rod and install hanger devices. Use a bench grinder to finish threaded rods. Move, stage, and prepare pipe for loading. Push pipe carts to designated loading and production areas. Operate pneumatic tools, including staple guns and banders. Assist in different areas of the Fabrication Department as production needs change. Operate forklifts or Combilifts to retrieve and move materials when qualified. Complete all required safety and skills training. Follow company safety policies, procedures, and production standards. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Requirements Previous manufacturing, fabrication, or similar industrial experience. Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure. Experience using semi-automatic cold saws or similar industrial cutting equipment. Comfortable cutting, grooving, threading, and bundling pipe. Ability to work in different areas of the Fabrication Department as needed. Fast-paced, dependable, and detail-oriented. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the shift. Ability to regularly lift 50-75 lbs and up to 100 lbs with assistance . Comfortable working in hot, cold, and noisy manufacturing environments. Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, hard hat, and steel-toe shoes. Must meet attendance and punctuality expectations. Weekend and overtime availability is required. Preferred Experience Welding experience is helpful but not required. Forklift experience is helpful but not required. Combilift experience is a plus.
