Job Description

The PT6A Engine Technician is responsible for the assembly, balancing, and final build of Pratt & Whitney PT6A engines in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company procedures. Responsibilities Assemble PT6A engine modules, including the power section, accessory gearbox, compressor, and final engine assembly. Perform hot section and compressor balancing, grinding, and fitting as required. Interpret technical manuals and work instructions. Complete required documentation and maintain quality standards. Qualifications PT6A engine assembly experience. Ability to read technical manuals and use basic computer applications. FAA A&P certificate.
