Since 2000, we've built a loyal following across the US and Canada. All production and fulfillment happen right here in McKinney, TX, and we're growing — which means we're looking for a detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. About the Role As a Costume Jewelry Assembler, you'll bring our designs to life — piece by piece. You'll work with beads, crystals, chains, clasps, and enamel components to assemble necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and rings that meet TOVA's quality and craftsmanship standards. What You'll Do Assemble jewelry pieces (necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings) following design specs and samples Work with small components — crystals, beads, jump rings, clasps, findings — using hand tools (pliers, wire cutters, etc.) Inspect finished pieces for quality, symmetry, and defects before packaging Maintain a clean, organized workstation and manage component inventory as you work Meet daily production targets while maintaining consistent quality Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot design or material issues Handle finished pieces carefully to avoid damage to enamel finishes or crystal settings What We're Looking For Prior experience in jewelry assembly, beading, or a similar hands-on craft (preferred, not required — we train the right candidate) Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and perform repetitive, precise tasks Comfortable working with small tools and components Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team production environment Basic math skills for counting/measuring components
Details Location:
McKinney, TX (in-person — this is a hands-on production role)
Schedule:
Full-time Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Pay:
From $15.00 per hour
