Your Mission on the Floor In this role, precision is everything. You will be responsible for the safe assembly and maintenance of specialized equipment:
Precision Assembly:
Safely load, repair, and store units according to exact specifications.
Quality Control:
Act as the final line of defense, identifying faulty parts to ensure every product functions perfectly.
Inventory Management:
Master the digital and physical tracking of parts and complete regular inventory counts.
Skill Building:
Learn to perform preventative maintenance on high-tech machinery and keep your shop in top-tier condition.
Safety First:
Maintain a clean, orderly workspace while following OSHA and health and safety standards. What You Bring to the
Team Background:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience. The "Toolkit": Basic mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and great manual dexterity.
Physical Strength:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle an active environment (bending, pushing, pulling, and sitting for 50%+ of your shift).
Outdoor Ready:
