Job Description
Job Summary At Tactical, we don't hire electricians—we build them. We're looking for motivated, detail-oriented people who enjoy working with their hands, building things, and learning new skills. No electrical experience is required. Everything we build is custom. Our team manufactures large industrial switchracks, control systems, and engineered equipment used throughout the energy industry. Every project is built from the ground up in our manufacturing facility. If you're dependable, enjoy learning, and take pride in doing quality work, we'll teach you the technical skills needed to succeed. This position offers the opportunity to build equipment you'll be proud to stand beside and say, "I built that." Responsibilities As an Industrial Equipment Assembly Technician, you'll work alongside experienced team members to build custom industrial equipment from start to finish.
