Job Description

Chief Inspector, Final Aircraft Delivery Quality Olney, TX | $120,000 to $140,000 plus annual bonus Be the final authority on every aircraft before it reaches the customer. Must-Haves FAA A&P certificate 10+ years in aerospace manufacturing, maintenance, or inspection Strong command of FAA regulations and aircraft inspection practices Final quality acceptance experience on aircraft or aerospace products Nice to Have FAA Inspection Authorization (IA) AS9100 knowledge Part 21 production and conformity experience The Role You'll own the final quality gate after Flightline, inspecting every aircraft before delivery. Your call decides whether an aircraft ships. What You'll Drive Final inspections for airworthiness and conformance Defect and escape trending, plus delivery quality metrics Root cause investigations with Quality Engineering Fewer Customer Concern Reports Regulatory and customer audit support The Package Annual bonus paid quarterly Two 2-week shutdowns a year , in July and December A four-plant campus with expansion underway Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off
