Job Description

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Production Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble electronic and mechanical components according to specifications, maintain quality standards, and contribute to a safe and productive work environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Responsibilities Assemble products, components, and subassemblies following work instructions and production schedules. Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Perform routine testing and verification of assembled products. Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or material shortages. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality requirements. Keep workstations clean and organized using 5S principles. Work collaboratively with team members and production supervisors to meet daily production goals. Qualifications Required Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to read and follow written work instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Preferred Experience assembling electronic components or devices. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles. Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds. Frequent use of hands for assembling small parts and components. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
Pay:
From $19.00 per hour
