Job Description

Overview We are seeking dedicated Assemblers to join our manufacturing team, contributing to the precise and efficient assembly of electronic and mechanical components. This role involves working with a variety of tools and technical documentation to build, wire, and test complex electro-mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment focused on quality manufacturing and continuous improvement. Shift-2nd shift only Mon-Fri 6pm-4:30am $24.50

•Must train on 1st shift for the first 4 weeks

•1st shift hours are either Mon, Tue, Wed 6am to 6pm or Thur, Fri, Sat 6am-pm work all 36 get paid for 40. Responsibilities Assemble electronic components and devices according to detailed blueprints, schematics, and engineering specifications. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly. Use hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and surface mount technology (SMT) techniques to assemble circuit boards and electrical panels. Build electrical wiring harnesses and panels in accordance with IPC 610 standards for quality and safety. Conduct electrical testing using instruments such as ohmmeters to verify circuit integrity and troubleshoot issues. Collaborate with engineering teams during troubleshooting processes involving electro-mechanical components. Follow manufacturing procedures, blueprint specifications, and schematics diligently to maintain high-quality standards. Perform mechanical assembly tasks involving machining or fitting parts as required. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Assist in process improvements related to assembly techniques or workflow efficiency. Skills Proficiency in electronics assembly, including surface mount technology (SMT) and electrical wiring. Strong ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and engineering drawings accurately. Experience with PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assembly and soldering techniques adhering to IPC 610 standards. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electrical panel building. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and testing instruments such as ohmmeters. Knowledge of electrical schematic reading, blueprint interpretation, and following detailed specifications. Ability to troubleshoot electro-mechanical components effectively through engineering troubleshooting methods. Understanding of manufacturing processes related to machining, assembly, and wiring of complex systems. Good organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and quality control procedures. Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment in a fast-paced setting. This is a TEMP to HIRE Opportunity to go full time in as little as 90 days.
