Must be able to follow directions from their leadman and supervisor and communicate immediately when an issue or question arises. How to thrive in this role? Must have G.E.D. or Equivalent Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as an aircraft assembler or experience in manufacturing, or in a similar industry that demonstrates the following skillsets: Drilling close tolerance holes and installation of manufacturing hardware Use of power tools (pneumatic and electric, including drills, rivet guns, torquing wrenches, etc.). Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Must successfully complete approved Bombardier initial training program (Bombardier Aviation Apprenticeship Program) Must successfully pass an entrance assessment demonstrating basic technical skills (applicable to all the above prerequisites) Now that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier family!
