Job Description

Job Summary

VP Aviation is hiring Aircraft Structural Assemblers for a long-term opportunity in Red Oak, TX.

Pay is $1,400.00 per week at 40 hours not including overtime. For exact pay rates, including per diem (if qualified), please apply and a VP Aviation recruiter will contact you directly.

This is an open-ended contract working in a climate-controlled environment in an area with a low cost of living.

What You'll Be Doing

Drilling close-tolerance holes

Installing manufacturing hardware

Using pneumatic and electric power tools, including drills and rivet guns

Using torque wrenches

Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints

Performing aircraft assembly and manufacturing work to required specifications

Requirements

What We're Looking For

GED or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of aircraft assembly, manufacturing, or similar industry experience demonstrating the required skills

Experience drilling close-tolerance holes and installing manufacturing hardware

Experience with pneumatic and electric power tools

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Ability to successfully pass an entrance assessment demonstrating basic technical skills
