Full Job Description Manufacturing Assembler Location:
Universal City, TX Pay:
$15.00/hour

Full-Time Immediately hiring Manufacturing Assemblers for a growing manufacturing operation in Universal City, TX. This position supports the production and assembly of custom thermal insulation and acoustic products used in industrial applications. We are looking for dependable, hands-on employees who are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Assemble components and materials according to work instructions and specifications Perform pre-assembly and final assembly of manufactured products Measure, position and prepare materials for production Use basic hand tools and production equipment as required Follow drawings, work orders and production instructions Inspect materials and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy Maintain production and quality standards Keep work areas clean, safe and organized Work closely with sewing, production and other manufacturing team members Assist in other production areas as needed Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production or assembly experience preferred Comfortable working with hand tools and industrial materials Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable attendance is required Ability to work the full 2nd-shift schedule Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive production work Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Ideal Experience Candidates with previous experience as a Manufacturing Assembler, Production Worker, General Production Worker, Assembly Technician, Fabricator, Pre-Assembly Worker or Manufacturing Technician are encouraged to apply.
