JOB DESCRIPTION
General Assembler Location:
Stafford, TX Position Summary:
Our client in Southwest Houston is looking for a General Assembler to provide assistant to their manufacturing facility
Essential Functions:
Assemble/Package Sub-Assemblies, parts and fasteners per instructions Performs various assembly duties in one or more factory work cells. Maintains a clean work environment and assist in daily housekeeping as required. Follows written Method Sheet procedures on a variety of products. Works in acceptable clothing for work cell (may include mandatory uniforms and/or clean room garments). Follows direction leader or supervisor. Performs additional duties or assignments as required by management.
Qualifications:
Experience in hand assembly on assembly line. Knowledge of factory assembly procedures. Working knowledge of hand tools. Highly accurate and attentive detail. Good hand/eye coordination. Ability to speak and read English is required
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Ability to stand for extended periods of time Frequent use of hands for handling laboratory tools and equipment Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally Must be able to wear appropriate personal protective equipment as required Compliance with all safety and environmental policies is required

Monday Thursday 5:30am 4pm
Pay Rate:
