If you want to do meaningful work in a clean, professional environment and have your Fridays free, this is the role for you. What You'll Do Assemble medical device components following detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) Rotate through multiple tasks within the production process to support team output Assist with wiring assemblies as part of the production line Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and general housekeeping Operate equipment such as forklifts as needed Follow all cleanroom protocols, including wearing full gowning (scrubs and protective gear) throughout your shift Work without personal devices on the floor and without makeup in the cleanroom — strict cleanliness standards apply What You Bring Required High school diploma or GED Ability to read and follow written instructions and SOPs in English Comfort working in a fully gowned cleanroom environment Willingness to follow strict cleanliness and safety protocols Preferred 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly setting Familiarity with quality control processes or production documentation Schedule & Shift Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week — no Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Pay & Compensation $18.50 per hour
