  • Friday (Off every other Friday)
  • 3:00 pm-12:30 pm
    Currently working OT on Fridays and/or Saturdays
    Job Description
    I am seeking motivated candidates to join our team as an Assembler / Composite Technician.

In this role, you will help build and assemble high-performance composite products using materials such as carbon fiber, Kevlar, and fiberglass. Working as part of a collaborative production team, you will prepare materials and molds, complete composite layups, trim and finish parts to specifications, and assemble components using adhesives and mechanical fasteners. Youll follow detailed work instructions and blueprints, perform quality inspections, and help maintain a safe, organized, and fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, have strong attention to detail, and take pride in producing high-quality products.

Essential Skills

High school diploma or GED.

Ability to communicate verbally and understand written instructions and blueprints in English

Experience with hand tools, such as rollers, scissors, and heat guns.

Proficient in using measuring instruments like scales and calipers.

Familiarity with shop tools such as band saws and drill press.

Ability to work in a loud environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

Respirator certification may be required.

Candidates must be willing to submit to a drug and backgr ound check.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spanish Fork, UT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.41

  • $20.

41/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
