This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative environment producing high-quality custom signage for a wide variety of clients. Responsibilities Fabricate custom electric and non-electric signs Operate CNC routing equipment Perform welding, assembly, and finishing of sign components Paint and prepare sign faces and structures Wire and troubleshoot electrical sign components Read and interpret shop drawings and work orders Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area Qualifications Previous welding experience is required Experience operating CNC routers preferred Painting and finishing experience preferred Basic electrical wiring and troubleshooting skills preferred Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Ability to lift and move materials as required Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications Health insurance Profit-sharing program Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team-oriented work environment
