Job Summary We are seeking a Production Assembler, Composite Technician Level I, for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Spanish Fork, UT. This role is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing professional who enjoys detailed assembly work, working with tools, and contributing to high-quality products in an aerospace and defense manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on composite production, fabrication, and assembly tasks according to work instructions.
• Use basic tools and equipment for sanding, drilling, trimming, adhesive application, and related manufacturing processes.
• Read and follow written and verbal instructions to complete assigned production work accurately.
• Inspect work for quality, fit, finish, and compliance with production standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in a loud manufacturing environment.
• Support production goals by working efficiently, staying punctual, and communicating with team members and supervisors. Compensation and Benefits
• Pay range: $19 to $21 per hour.
• 1st shift: 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM at $19.41 per hour.
• 2nd shift: 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM at $20.41 per hour.
• Job type: Contract/Temporary.
• Assignment type: Temp-to-hire.
• Assignment length: 6 months.
