We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Level I Production Assembler/Composite Technicians for long-term contract opportunities with a premier manufacturing client in the Spanish Fork area. Openings are available across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, pay will depend on experience and shift. This is an ideal role for candidates with solid hands-on assembly or production experience looking to break into advanced manufacturing and composite fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform production, fabrication, and assembly tasks on composite parts following detailed work instructions and blueprints. Utilize hand and power tools (drills, routers, sanders, and precision measuring instruments) safely and efficiently. Inspect components for quality, defects, and adherence to exact specifications. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of steady experience in a manufacturing, production, machine operation, or mechanical assembly environment. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with reading basic technical drawings or instructions. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Flexibility regarding shift assignment (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift).

Pay:

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
