PMeducation:

High SchoolResponsibilitiesAssembly & Installation Position, bolt, screw, and fasten parts to build subassemblies, including doors, seats, and steering columns.

Assemble and install truck systems, including frames, cabs, engines, axles, hydraulics, electrical, and air systems. Tool & Equipment Operation Safely operate hand tools and power tools.

Use overhead cranes and rigging equipment according to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. Quality & Safety Inspect parts for defects and verify proper fit and installation.

Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Complete required production forms and documentation. Continuous Improvement Participate in department initiatives designed to improve production processes and efficiency. Requirements High School Diploma or GED.Must be authorized to work in the U.S.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Basic hand or power tool experience preferred.strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Must be flexible to work 1st or 2nd shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.

Must be comfortable working in a union environment.

Must pass a background check, physical, and drug screen.
