This is a hands-on manufacturing role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and knows how to turn shop drawings into high-quality finished products. You will fabricate custom architectural millwork, cabinetry, solid surface components, and specialty pieces for commercial construction projects. We are looking for someone with real fabrication experience who is comfortable working independently, solving problems on the shop floor, and producing custom work that meets demanding project requirements. What You Will Do Fabricate custom architectural millwork, cabinetry, casework, and specialty components. Fabricate and finish solid surface materials such as Corian, HI-MACS, Staron, or similar products. Read and interpret shop drawings, dimensions, specifications, and fabrication documents. Coordinate with production leadership, engineering, and other shop departments as needed. Maintain an organized and safe work area while meeting production schedules. What We Are Looking For Previous experience in custom millwork, architectural woodworking, cabinetry, solid surface fabrication, or a closely related trade. Strong ability to read and build from shop drawings. Experience using woodworking and fabrication tools and equipment. Understanding of millwork construction methods, materials, hardware, and assembly. Strong measuring, layout, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Ability to work both independently and as part of a production team. Dependability and a career-oriented mindset. Preferred Experience Commercial architectural millwork experience. Solid surface fabrication experience Experience fabricating custom or one-off pieces rather than only repetitive production work. Experience with plastic laminate, veneer, hardwood, cabinetry, countertops, or specialty architectural components. Familiarity with commercial shop drawings and AWI quality standards. Why Join Clark's Lumber & Millwork Be part of an Inc. 5000 fastest-growing company with continued growth and a strong commercial project pipeline. Stable, full-time work in an established manufacturing environment. Competitive pay based on experience and demonstrated fabrication ability.
