PM Pay Rate:

$19/hour

Contract-to-Hire Opportunity Assembler Responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical components, product modifications, and kits according to engineering drawings and specifications Cut, saw, and punch DIN rail and terminal housing materials Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards Package finished products for shipment and verify accuracy Use hand tools, power tools, and measurement devices during the assembly process Maintain production goals and workflow efficiency within assigned workstations Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with problem-solving activities Follow all safety, quality, environmental, and company procedures

Assembler Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required Previous mechanical assembly experience preferred Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measurement equipment such as calipers, tape measures, and multimeters Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of measurements, tolerances, and torque values Basic math skills, including fractions, decimals, and metric-to-imperial conversions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
