Oransi is hiring entry level Production Line Workers to join our assembly team in Radford, VA. You will help build and package the products we ship to consumers, businesses, and government customers across the country. You do not need manufacturing experience to start here. You need to be a learner, a hard worker, and a go getter. We will train you on every station, and if you show up ready to work, ask questions, and take ownership of what is in front of you, you will move up quickly. About Oransi Oransi is a Virginia based advanced manufacturer headquartered in a 156,000 square foot facility in Radford, VA. We design and build high performance air purifiers sold under the Oransi brand, along with electric motors, blowers, and fans for data center and IT equipment cooling and unmanned systems. What You Will Do Assemble air purifiers, motors, and related components following work instructions and quality standards Operate hand tools, fixtures, and basic production equipment Perform visual and functional quality checks and flag defects Package finished goods and prepare them for shipment Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe Track production counts and report issues to your lead Work with teammates to hit daily production goals and suggest ways to improve the process What We Are Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to stand for a full shift and lift up to 40 pounds Attention to detail and pride in doing work right the first time Reliable attendance and a good attitude Comfortable following written and verbal instructions Basic computer skills are a plus Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience with hand tools, electronics, or any hands on hobby Prior warehouse, manufacturing, or military experience Interest in manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain Why Oransi Paid, hands on training from day one Work directly with engineers and leadership in a small team environment Clear path into roles in quality, test, logistics, or manufacturing engineering See your work end to end, from raw components to a finished product shipped to a customer Health Insurance, Dental/Vision, PTO, 12 paid holidays per year, 401K Located in the New River Valley, minutes from Radford University and Virginia Tech Oransi LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
