6 months contract (with possible extension) Pay range: $18-$20/hr on W2 Position Summary This role involves supporting various manufacturing operations within a production environment. The incumbent will perform tasks related to materials handling, assembly, testing, repairing, and inspecting products to ensure quality and reliability standards are met. Key Responsibilities Handle materials including shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing parts, supplies, and equipment. Assemble, fill, measure, mix, test, and verify the performance of manufacturing products. Conduct routine testing and repairs on assemblies and finished products, interpreting results accurately. Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods to maintain quality standards. Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation. Enter and access data within the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system as needed. Required Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50lbs. High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of relevant experience at an entry-level. Ability to read and follow written instructions. Proficiency with MS Office. Effective teamwork and dependability. Flexibility to work day shifts with start times from 6:00 to 8:30 am and a work schedule option of four 9-hour days plus a 4-hour Friday. Preferred Qualifications Experience in electromechanical assembly, testing, or inspection. Ability to interpret mechanical and assembly drawings. Leadership skills and familiarity with structured enterprise problem-solving methodologies.
