Job Description

Fluid Motion, LLC•Manufacturer of Cutwater Boats and Ranger Tugs•is seeking experienced Fiberglass Laminators to join our team at our Auburn, WA facility. We are a growing company with a strong commitment to quality and craftsmanship in boat manufacturing.
Compensation:
$20•$22+ per hour (DOE)
Shift Hours:
5 am to 1:30 pm
Responsibilities:
Apply fiberglass using a spray-up application technique, using rollers to compress fiberglass and remove air to create a smooth laminate. Move molds to and from designated laminating areas. Demold laminated parts from molds and prepare molds for re-spraying. Follow safety protocols and proper use of laminating equipment provided.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular and consistent basis. Ability to bend, stoop, lift, climb, balance and reach for the duration of the shift. Ability to sit, stand, and walk for the entire duration of shift. Ability to keep up with fast pace environments. Ability to use hands for the duration of the shift. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
