What You'll Do:

Perform high-quality TIG welding on aluminum parts and assemblies Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications Fit, align, and assemble components according to project requirements Inspect and verify weld quality, dimensions, and tolerances Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe workspace Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely project completion What's In It for

Have:

The Musts:

Minimum 2 years of TIG welding experience (preferably aluminum) Strong understanding of welding symbols, blueprints, and tolerances Ability to produce clean, consistent welds with minimal supervision Reliable attendance and commitment to quality work Must pass a weld test

Preferred:

Experience in marine, automotive, or structural aluminum fabrication Familiarity with fabrication tools, jigs, and finishing techniques Certification(s) in TIG or aluminum welding
