We are looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined individual to assist with the assembly, handling, and preparation of compact screening equipment at our Washington location. This is a hands-on position working around heavy equipment, freight, and machinery. We are not looking for a master mechanic, but you should be comfortable using hand and power tools, operating equipment, and performing basic equipment maintenance. Responsibilities Assist with the assembly and preparation of screening equipment Safely operate forklifts, telehandlers, skid steers, and similar equipment Load and unload equipment from semi-trucks and freight carriers Use basic hand and power tools for assembly and minor repairs Perform routine equipment maintenance, including greasing and monitoring service intervals Inspect equipment and recognize when maintenance or service is needed Keep tools, parts, equipment, and work areas clean and organized Assist with light yard and facility maintenance as needed Help prepare equipment for customer pickup and shipment What We're Looking For Experience operating forklifts, skid steers, telehandlers, or similar equipment Basic mechanical knowledge and confidence working with tools Ability to safely work around heavy equipment and machinery Strong organizational skills Dependable and punctual Good communication skills Able to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision Willing to help wherever needed when priorities change Organization and dependability are especially important for this position. We need someone who can keep track of tools, parts, maintenance, and equipment while helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a good fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, knows their way around equipment, and is looking for steady part-time work three days per week.
