•Friday Temp to Direct Job Description Perform mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, testing, fabrication, and inspection of various products. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and work instructions. Operate hand tools, electrical tools, cutters, measuring equipment, and other light production equipment. Perform quality inspections, identify product defects, and accurately document findings. Rework or repair assembled products and equipment according to engineering specifications and changes. Maintain inventory and materials at assigned workstations to support production flow. Follow established quality standards, safety procedures, and company work instructions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Qualifications High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of relevant assembly, manufacturing, or related experience. Strong hands-on testing experience with mechanical and/or electro-mechanical products is required. Ability to read and understand blueprints, engineering drawings, diagrams, and written work instructions. Experience using hand tools, electrical tools, measuring equipment, and basic production equipment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and perform quality checks. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a work shift.
