ssembly Line Production Associate - 3-Day Weekends Every Week!

Pay:

$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week! With four 10-hour shifts, you'll have Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off to relax, spend time with family, or pursue your interests.

Position Overview:

We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members to join our production team. In this role, you'll work on an assembly line, ensuring jars are properly sealed by tightening lids as they move down the production line. This is a straightforward, fast-paced position that plays an important role in maintaining product quality.

Responsibilities:

Tighten jar lids on products moving along the assembly line Inspect products for proper lid placement and secure seals Maintain a consistent pace while following quality standards Keep your work area clean and organized Follow all safety and production procedures

What We're Looking For:

Ability to stand for extended periods Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and a positive attitude Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate!

Pay:

$18.00 per hour
