Job Title:

Microscope Assembler Job Description Responsible for the assembly and production of prepped components, subassemblies, and finished goods parts, while using a microscope and a variety of equipment such as grinders, rubber wheels, bead blasters, micro blasters, armor presses, and steamers. The role involves the daily use of hand tools, power tools, and fixtures to meet takt requirements as outlined in the job router. Responsibilities Assemble and produce components, sub-assemblies, and finished goods. Perform assembly under a microscope using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and fixtures. Adhere to all GMP guidelines and training. Perform tasks in adherence to all standard operating procedures, drawings, and policies. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and guidelines. Communicate and work effectively in a team environment. Essential Skills Experience in microscope assembly. Proficiency in mechanical assembly under a microscope for entire shifts. Experience with calipers and comparators (measuring tools). Strong math skills. Experience in medical device assembly. Additional Skills & Qualifications Medical field experience is preferred. Experience in small part mechanical assembly. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
