General Laborers Needed! Job Description Perform assembly and finishing tasks including fastening, bonding, spot welding, sanding, and measuring parts. Operate plastic molding machines to produce small components for aerospace and medical products. Use hand tools and power tools to complete production work according to specifications. Read blueprints, follow work instructions, and maintain quality standards throughout production. Complete repetitive manufacturing tasks while maintaining safety, accuracy, and attention to detail. Requirements Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints and follow written work instructions. Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools. Experience with mechanical or electrical assembly is beneficial. Strong attention to detail when inspecting parts and completing documentation. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality standards. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and working with small parts. Ability to follow procedures, tolerances, and safety requirements consistently. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty Lake, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
